Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Quasar Academy (quasaracademy.dev) is a digital education platform operated by KGA TECH FZ LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. The platform provides subscription-based access to online courses, community features, live sessions, downloadable resources, and educational content related to FiveM development.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quasar Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Subscription Terms

Quasar Academy offers subscription plans with the following billing periods: monthly, quarterly, yearly, and lifetime.

• Recurring subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period via the payment method on file.
• Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment granting indefinite access to the platform for as long as it operates.
• Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect on their next renewal.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. KGA TECH FZ LLC does not store your full payment card details.

4. 14-Day Builder's Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions and lifetime purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete at least 3 course milestones within the 14-day period to demonstrate genuine engagement with the platform.
• If you have completed 3 milestones and are still unsatisfied with the quality of the content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account access with others or allow multiple people to use a single subscription.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent platform restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Quasar Academy, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, code examples, downloadable resources, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of KGA TECH FZ LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal educational purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from KGA TECH FZ LLC.
• Code snippets and templates provided in courses may be used in your personal FiveM projects. They may not be resold or redistributed as educational content.

7. User Content

By posting content in community areas (forums, comments, chat), you grant KGA TECH FZ LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your original content. You must not post content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Quasar Academy and KGA TECH FZ LLC are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• KGA TECH FZ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any income, revenue, or results you achieve or fail to achieve using the knowledge gained from our courses.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting hello@quasaruniversity.com. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Quasar Academy at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
