Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Builder's Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Quasar Academy. Every new subscription and lifetime purchase is covered by our 14-day Builder's Guarantee.

Here's how it works:

• Within 14 days of your purchase, complete at least 3 course milestones. This ensures you've genuinely engaged with the content.
• If after completing 3 milestones you feel the platform isn't delivering value, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.
• If you have not completed 3 milestones, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We designed this condition so both sides have skin in the game.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@quasaruniversity.com with the following information:

• Your account email address
• Discord username associated with your account
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting us at hello@quasaruniversity.com.

• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
• Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Refunds are only available within the 14-day guarantee window.
• You can resubscribe at any time. Your course progress and community data will be preserved.

5. Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 14-day Builder's Guarantee described above. Complete 3 milestones within 14 days, and if you're not satisfied, you'll receive a full refund. After the 14-day window, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

6. After the 14-Day Window

No partial refunds or prorated refunds are issued after the 14-day guarantee period. If you cancel a recurring subscription after 14 days, you retain access for the remainder of your paid billing period, but no refund will be issued for that period. We encourage you to explore the platform thoroughly within the first 14 days.

7. Exceptions

In cases of documented technical issues that prevent access to the platform (not caused by your equipment or internet connection), we may issue refunds or service credits outside the standard policy at our discretion. Contact us at hello@quasaruniversity.com to discuss your situation.
